Shipping addresses can be changed before your products are packed by our company

Return Policy

At Rzul Shop your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund in store credits. (Returned products must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

With Rzul Shop, 30 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

Defect arises as a result of damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products are not qualified for a return and refund
